Cantucci of rice

Thanks to the presence of rice flour in the dough, the almond rice cantucci are crumbly and light. Excellent to enjoy alone or to soak in coffee and vin Santo. 150g pack.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 00, sugar, whole and chopped almonds (24%), butter, rice flour (15%), eggs, leavening agents: sodium di-phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, flavourings.
