Preparation: In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the bag for about a minute while continuing to mix, add 1/2 glass of white wine to taste and mix for a few seconds, cover everything with 650ml of hot water, do not add salt and do not add any other seasonings. During cooking, stir occasionally and, if necessary, add a little hot water until cooked (approximately 18 minutes). Off the heat, whisk to taste.
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice (88%), granular vegetable broth (salt, starch and potato maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavors, spices), porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group)* (3.7%), rice flour.
