“Sbrisolona” cake

Traditional sweet with the addition of rice flour to make it more friable, tasty and delicate. "Sbrisolona" should not be cut but rigorously crushed with a light fist in the center. Coupled with a shot of our “Rice water”!

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 00, rice flour, cornflour, almonds, sugar, butter, lard, eggs, salt, natural flavors.
