Shortbread of rice

Tasty variant of the classic shortbread biscuits. The high proportion of rice flour used makes these biscuits even more crisp. The "Santa Lucia" biscuits, much sought after during the Holidays, are tasty desserts suitable for every occasion.

Ingredients: rice flour (80%), soft wheat flour type 00 (20%), butter, eggs, sugar, salt, yeast, icing sugar.
